Custom Marketing Refund Policy

Custom Marketing refunds are only possible if your order has not been started. Generally, all orders are started the day after receiving your payment or deposit unless a rush service is required. All rush service request is started as soon as we receive your images, advertising choice, payment, and any other special request or additions. After that point due to the nature of our custom Marketing and services, we do not offer refunds. The customer has thirty days from the receipt of their order to contact Spectrum21 with problems or concerns. If an error is made by Spectrum21, we will correct it if possible. We are unable to process corrections after thirty days.
